Q: How much your recruitment services cost?

A: Our fees depend on the type of role. Permanent housekeeping placements are charged at 10% of the agreed annual salary or first year’s contract value. Regular domestic cleaning introductions may be subject to a fixed introduction fee.

Q: Do you recruit employed and self-employed cleaners?

A: Yes. I recruit both employed and self-employed cleaners and housekeepers, depending on your requirements.

Q:Do you check references?

A: Yes references are requested where available, along with identity and Right to Work checks where applicable.

Q: What happens if the candidate leaves?

A: Eligible placements include an 12-week replacement guarantee, subject to my Client T&C.

Q: When is the recruitment fee due?

A: The placement fee becomes payable once the candidate accepts you offer.Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.

Q: Which areas do you cover?

A: South Manchester, East Cheshire, Macclesfield, Trafford and surrounding areas. But we are happy to help wherever you are, not closing off just to particular places.
