Recruitment Fees

Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time and Self-Employed Professionals

The recruitment fee is:
10% (including VAT) of the Candidate’s annual gross salary or first year’s estimates contract value.

The fee includes:

• Initial consultation

• Candidate sourcing

• Screening and interviews

• Reference checks (where available)

• Right to Work checks (where applicable)

• Interview arrangements

• Placement support

• 12-week replacement guarantee (subject to Terms & Conditions)

Regular Domestic Cleaning

For ongoing regular weekly domestic cleaning requirements, a fixed introduction fee may apply depending on the hours and requirements of the role.

Payment Terms

The placement fee becomes due once the Candidate has accepted the Client’s offer of employment or engagement. An Invoice will be issued at that time and is payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

Additional Charges

Where a replacement is requested because the agreed terms of employment have been changed by the Client, an administration fee of £200 may apply. Full details are available in the Client Terms & Conditions.
