Client Terms & Conditions

1. Our Service
   AG HomeStaff is a domestic recruitment agency specialising in introducing cleaners and housekeepers to private households. We act solely as an introduction agency and are not employer of any candidate.

2. Placement Fees
   Our recruitment fee will be agreed before the search begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard fee for permanent placements is 10% (inclusive of VAT)of the Candidate’s annual gross salary or first year’s estimated contract value. Payment terms will be confirmed before the placement is made.

3. Replacement Guarantee
   Eligible placements include an 12-week replacement guarantee, subject to our full Client Agreement. The guarantee may not apply where the original terms of employment have been significantly changed by the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Client agree to provide accurate job information, provide a safe and respectful working environment, comply with UK employment legislation, pay Candidates as agreed.

5. Agency Liability
   AG HomeStaff carefully screens Candidates but cannot guarantee future performance or conduct. AG HomeStaff is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or disputes arising after employment or engagement has commenced, except where required by law. Once employment begins, responsibility for the employment relationship rests with the Client and the Candidate.

6. Data Protection
   Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
   
   
   
   

Candidate Terms & Conditions

1. Registration
   Registration with AG HomeStaff is free of charge. Submitting your details does not guarantee employment.

2. Candidate Information
   You agree that all the information provided is accurate and up to date. You must notify AG HomeStaff of any changes to your contact details, availability or employment status.

3. References & Checks
   You may be asked to provide: proof of identity, Right to Work documentation, references, relevant qualifications where applicable, DBS check.

4. Job Applications
   AG HomeStaff will only introduce your profile to prospective Clients with your consent. The final hiring decision rests with Client.

5. Professional Conduct
   Candidates are expected to attend interviews as agreed, communicate honestly, behave professionally, notify AG HomeStaff if they accept another position.

6. Data Protection
   Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

7. Liability
   AG HomeStaff acts solely as an introduction agency. We cannot guarantee employment, working hours, salary or the ongoing availability of vacancies.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
